About Sri Lankan Kandy Perahera

Among the cultural, beautiful, and traditional festivals held in Asian countries, the Perahera held in Kandy, Sri Lanka has a special place. This is done once a year and it is held in July. This is done over two weeks and is divided into three periods. These three periods are divided into 5 days each and during the last 5 days, this is done as a grand feast consisting of many huge elephants.

Because this procession takes place only once a year, and one will not forget to watch it because of the large number of beautifully dressed elephants and beautiful dancers.
